Hello. My name is Minigan Douglas Blackwood, and I am awesome. I am so awesome, in fact, that I have even received an Honorary Doctorate in Awesome. And you are awesome because you have found and are currently reading my blog. Which is also awesome. Welcome! As you can tell, I really over use the word “awesome.” I apologize. I don’t have that great of a vocabulary. I also may be a little dumb in the head region. It happens.
Anyway, this is my blog, where I tend to rant about random topics in pop culture. Anything from the apocalypse, to zombies, to robots from the future. I also tend to write short stories in which I fight celebrities. These posts usually fall under the “Awesomesquad! Assemble!” (see, again with the awesome) posts. “Awesomesquad! Assemble!” by the way, is going to be my first full length novel that I finish. Each section will be posted to this blog (albeit out of order) before it is glued together by… I dunno… word glue, and sent to be rejected by a publisher. But you still should be excited about this, it will be amazing.
As for this humbleish writer, I am a 25 year old Graduate of The Ohio State University, where I majored in English with a focus on rhetoric. I love to write, watch TV, work out, Photoshop pictures of me having a party with myself, and read Cracked.com articles. I like to think of this blog as being the generic version of Cracked. I am currently not using my English degree for anything other than a conversation starter, as I am currently underemployed at a local grocery store. My dream is to become a published author and to write for a comedy Television show. I’m expecting to get my big break any day now. If Hollywood has the balls to hire me, that is.

Is your 1st name Minnigan, or is that your last name… just curious, I tried to yell that question, but you didn’t answer, forcing me to comment.
My first name is Minigan, and to my knowledge, I’m the only one to have it as a first name.
That’s funny because my last name is Minnigan.
Oh and I am reading some of your work…. Very funny, interesting, and entertaining.
